Simon's Story

Meet Simon!

4 months old • 25 lbs

Simon is proof that a little love can change everything.

Simon and his two brothers were found as young stray puppies, struggling with severe demodex mange. They came into rescue looking pretty rough, and because Simon has such light-colored skin, his condition was especially noticeable. He was also underweight and had a lot of catching up to do.

Thankfully, those days are behind him! Simon received the treatment he needed, healed beautifully, and is now thriving in his foster home while learning all about the wonderful life of being a house dog.

And this little guy is the best! Simon is incredibly smart, eager to learn, and picks up new things quickly. He loves a good game of tug-of-war or fetch, but when playtime is over, he is more than happy to curl up next to you for some serious snuggle time.

Simon is dog friendly, cat friendly, and great with kids, making him a wonderful little family companion. He enjoys having other dogs around and is happy to play and socialize with his furry friends.

Simon absolutely loves his crate and will even choose to sleep in it on his own. Of course, if there happens to be an open couch or another dog bed available...well, he believes those are fair game too!

He is still working on his potty training, but he is doing great with puppy pads and is 100% reliable using them. Like any young puppy, he will need a family willing to continue helping him learn and grow.

Simon has already come such a long way, and now he’s ready for the best part of his story—finding his forever family.

If you’re looking for a smart, playful, affectionate puppy who loves everyone he meets and will keep you laughing before happily snuggling up beside you, Simon may be your guy!

Simon still needs to be neutered. Adopters will be given a voucher to schedule neutering after adoption.

Interested in adopting?
