Almost Home recently took in 6 sheltie puppies and 3 adults (including the mother and father) from a backyard breeding situation. The adults are all very shy and frightened and we suspect that they did not have a lot of interaction with people. The puppies are adjusting quickly and warming up to people fast. They enjoy being picked up and petted and love to play. They are all are healthy, in good condition, and eating well. The puppies are 16 weeks and available for adoption now. As we learn more about the personalities of each puppy from their foster home, we will post more individual information. Sponsor Me! Want to help, but now is not the right time for you to adopt? We understand! Consider sponsoring one of our dogs through our Sponsorship Program instead. Learn more about this program, how to donate and other ways to donate. If you are interested in meeting Simba please read our Adoption Requirements.
