Simba is a 6-year-old male yellow Lab mix who came to us through no fault of his own—and now he’s ready to find the forever family he’s been dreaming of. Don’t let his age fool you… Simba has the heart (and enthusiasm!) of a puppy.<br/><br/>First and foremost, Simba absolutely LOVES people. He soaks up attention like no other and is happiest when he’s included in anything and everything his people are doing. When he’s with his humans, he wears a literal smile on his face. He adores affection, loves being pet, and will happily give sweet kisses in return.<br/><br/>Simba gets so excited to see people that he can sometimes jump to say hello—but he’s working on his manners and making great progress. When playtime rolls around, you’ll often find him running around with toys in his mouth, and when things calm down, he’s content to sit and chew on a toy nearby.<br/><br/>He does well with other dogs and is currently learning how to play with them. Simba is also great with cats and is excellent with kids. Truly, this guy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body—all he wants is someone to love and belong to.<br/><br/>Simba is fully crate-trained and potty-trained, making him an easy addition to a home.
