Simba's Story
Simba is an 8-month-old male terrier mix - he is super sweet and loving, and eagerly waiting for his forever home.

Our staff describes him as being:

Very friendly with new people, especially when he notices that all of his doggie friends love someone, too! He's come a long way from when he was first rescued, where he was much more shy and cautious. His personality has really blossomed after realizing that he's safe.

Very friendly with new dogs! He can be a tad timid at first, but zoomies are a must once he's comfortable. He reads other dogs really well, and seems to be submissive with his pack of doggie friends here.

Fetch is his jam! He's really good about sharing toys with others, and is food motivated. He's great about eating his meals in the crate and will calmly hang out in there for 30min after eating. He's getting the hang of walking on the leash.

He's affectionate, loving, and gentle. He's the perfect mix of chill and playful!

He enjoys going for hikes and long walks with our team, and is always eager to explore some trails. He can be a little intimidated at first when he's introduced to something new for the first time, but once he has time to scope it out, he really loves to soak in the experience.
