Silvy

Meet Silvy—Your Couch Cuddle Companion!

A cozy spot on the couch, a little room beside you, and someone to love—that’s Silvy’s idea of a wonderful day! This four-year-old, spayed black Labrador is a cuddly girl who would happily be a lap dog if she could figure out how to fit.

Labs are often loved for their affectionate nature, enthusiasm for food, and love of being part of the family. Silvy brings her own sweet version of that Lab charm, with a wagging tail and a fondness for together time. Picture a leisurely walk, a few treats during positive reinforcement training, and then settling in together for a movie or a good book.

Silvy has a sensitive side, too. She’ll do best with people who use gentle voices, patience, and rewards to help her feel comfortable.

Silvy also has a **wheat allergy**, so her family will need to choose wheat-free food and treats to keep her tummy comfortable.

A home with respectful children may be a fit. If you have a dog, please bring them along for a meet so we can see how they get along.

If your favorite kind of company has soft ears, a wagging tail, and a love of couch cuddles, come meet Silvy!

Silvy’s adoption fee is sponsored by **Fox Marquette Subaru!** Through October 31—or until the sponsorship funds are used—Fox Marquette Subaru is covering adoption fees for eligible dogs and cats six months and older at UPAWS.

Adoptions are first come, first served, first approved.
