Sid - In Foster Home's Story
Sid is a 1-year-old gentle, sweet-natured dog who is still building confidence in new situations. He can be nervous around unfamiliar people and will need a little time to warm up, but once he feels safe, his calm and affectionate personality shines through.

Sid is dog friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs. He allows full body handling and is very tolerant during care and interaction. He is easy to leash and walk, making outings manageable and low stress once hes comfortable.

This soft, gentle boy knows sit and takes treats kindly. He responds best to patience and reassurance as he continues to grow in confidence. Sid is not a fan of baths, so gentle handling and positive associations will help him succeed in that area.

If you're looking for a sweet, sensitive companion who just needs time and understanding to fully blossom, Sid may be the perfect match.

NOTES FROM CURRENT FOSTER:
Cat friendly
Kid Friendly
Potty Trained
Would love a quieter home, less chaotic
He has a soft spot for human females
Hesitant around men at first! Any potential breeds listed here on PetFinder are not assumed to be accurate and are merely a starting point for people to be able to search for a dog who may visually resemble a breed they are interested in. We feel that the best matches are made based on a dogs individual personality and recommend families come meet our animals in person. Please reach out with any questions!
