Shylo's Story

He’s shy at first, but affectionate once he feels safe. With his cute ear tufts, fluffy tail, and long legs, he loves to run and go on short jogs.

Shylo came from a rough start and is still learning that people and new places are safe. His foster has helped him gain confidence through gentle training, and he’s come a long way. He’s calm when carried and enjoys quiet walks in low-traffic areas.

He’s food-motivated and should be fed slowly, as he tends to eat too fast. Shylo is potty trained, but needs easy yard access since he’s too shy to signal when he needs to go.

After meals, he’s full of zoomies and loves to play chase, dig, or chew on toys. He’d do best in a calm home with older kids or adults, a secure yard, and access to quiet walking spots or a dog beach.

For adoption information, please contact Michelle at Dogzinneed@yahoo.com or 760-390-8973

You can fill out an adoption application here
