Shyanne (or Annie as we call her) had a hard start at life, but is blossoming into a happy, sweet, gentle girl. She and her two teenage puppies were rescued from a home where they had been left behind when the family moved away. The two kids were covered in mange and Annie was SO pregnant we started boiling water! <br/><br/>Now that her second litter has been born and adopted, and her two teenage boys have gotten over their mange and also have new homes, all we need to do is find Annie a home of her own. Here is what her foster family has to say:<br/><br/>Annie is still figuring out the ins and outs of being an indoor dog but we can assure you, she loves being inside! She is learning how to play and walk on a leash. She is very shy (hence the name), but her curiosity will get the better of her. We often see her jump out of the doggy door because she was spooked, only to turn around and pop her head back in. Treats, belly rubs, soft beds, brushings, and, of course, hanging with her pack are her favorite things. She is not a high energy dog, and would enjoy couch-potato nights with her head in your lap. <br/><br/>Annie is very gentle with everyone, including her foster sibling, a small 12-pound dog. She has learned so much from the little dog, it would be a plus if Annie had a dog sibling in her new home. She's never had an accident in the house, likes kids and is crate trained. You will fall in love with her big amber eyes as she awkwardly paws you to say, "Come on! Love on me!"
