Shorty is a fun-loving, playful, ball of energy. He loves toys and running around. He loves people and is good with kids. He gets along with other dogs. He isn't completely housetrained but he does know to go pee on the puppy pads. Shorty's owner had to move and left him with a family member who cannot handle another pet.
