Shooter's Story

Shooter came to WCHS as an owner surrender because his previous owners were concerned about his growling at their toddler. He seems to get along with the other dogs, and is selective about his cat friends that we have noticed. His previous owner said that he does fine with older children, so because of this, applications with children under 12 in the household will not be accepted for him. Shooter was kept indoors and when outside was on an invisible fence. He seems to keep his kennel clean here at the shelter. He knows a few commands such as sit and shake too! Shooter is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves attention.
