Shoestring is a young Staffy mix born 08/08/2024, and he approaches life like every day has something exciting waiting in it. Whether he's heading out for a walk, playing with another dog, or proudly showing off one of his sweaters, Shoestring has a way of making ordinary moments feel fun.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>He's the kind of dog who wants to be part of whatever is happening. Folding laundry? He can help with that. Watching TV? He'll gladly supervise from the couch. Shoestring loves attention, loves being included, and would thrive in a home with another playful dog because having a built-in best friend sounds exactly like his style.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>His foster says he's doing amazing with training, and honestly, Shoestring seems pretty proud of himself about it. He already knows commands like “sit,” “shake,” “come,” and “go outside.” He's potty trained, kennel trained, and settling beautifully into routines — though he may file a tiny morning complaint if breakfast service is moving too slowly.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Shoestring does wonderfully with kids and other dogs, and his happy, affectionate personality makes him incredibly easy to love. He's playful, smart, eager to learn, and already showing what an amazing companion he's going to be. He isn't just looking for a home to live in — he's looking for people to do life with.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>The suggested adoption fee for Shoestring is $365. Bullies-N-Beyond is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age; this for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis.
