Shiva knows place, heel, come, out, on/off, and occasionally seems to execute commands before you've finished having the thought. Give her purposeful walks, mental engagement, and structure, and she happily powers down into decorative Greyhound mode.<br/><br/>Shiva has made tremendous progress with reactivity. She can pass many dogs calmly, redirect beautifully, and recover quickly. She wants canine connection but is still refining her diplomacy, so she'd thrive as an only pet or with a calm, confident dog fluent in boundaries. Cats, squirrels, and small creatures remain interesting, but manageable.<br/><br/>She occasionally tests established policy because peer review is important, but consistency resolves the inquiry.<br/><br/>Shiva thinks, learns, recalibrates, and loves deeply. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).<br/><br/>The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet.
