Meet Shirley

Shirley was found abandoned out in the country with her sister, Laverne, and their momma. She has been at the shelter for 4 years and is more withdrawn now then she was as a puppy. She is definitely a special needs dog and would be a long-term project. She is extremely shy and will require lots of work to get her out of her shell.
