From the looks of her momma, we suspect she may be a Shepherd mix of sorts —mom weighs only around 40 pounds—but dad remains a mystery. Based on Shiitake's incredible personality though... we're pretty sure he must've been a good guy. We've already gotten mom spayed; she'll be headed back to her loving family once she has a little time to heal! <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Shiitake is the kind of puppy who gives you the best of both worlds. She's sweet, playful, and already catching onto things like potty-training quickly (smart girl alert ). She loves being outside soaking up the sun and exploring the world, chasing toys, and making the most of puppy adventures.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>She enjoys playing with the dogs in her foster home and has a great social side—but she's also wonderfully independent. When she's done playing, Shiitake is perfectly content finding herself a cozy little corner to stretch out and enjoy a well-earned puppy nap.
