At 10 years young and 46 pounds, Shera is proof that age is just a number. After recently losing a front leg to bone cancer, she has adjusted wonderfully to life on three legs and hasn’t missed a beat. She trots around, climbs stairs, and hops onto the couch like a pro.<br/><br/>Shera greets everyone with a loose, waggy tail and a sparkle in her eye. She’s house trained, crate trained, and very treat motivated. In her foster home, she’s living peacefully with two adults, two young kids, and a large female dog. She enjoys having a dog friend nearby but would be just as happy soaking up all the love as a solo pup.<br/><br/>Her perfect day includes a comfy bed (or better yet, a couch), a sunny spot for naps, tasty meals, and plenty of snuggles.
