Shena and her siblings were an unwanted litter of puppies born on a farm in a rural town we help. A neighbor asked us for help, because the puppies weren’t being cared for. We were able to save them because one of our fosters agreed to bring them into her home. Shena has been in our care since she was 5 weeks old, and she has completed her veterinary care. Now she’s ready to find her forever person. <br/><br/>Shena is a social and playful girl. she doesn’t have a dominant personality, and she is cat friendly. She likes everyone she meets and gives puppy kisses. She is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. She loves other dogs and has been with children as young as 6. She is 4 months old and weighs 20 pounds. We think she’s an Anatolian Shepherd mix.<br/><br/>Shena is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>Shena can arrive in Chester, Virginia on 3/27.
