Shelly is a big, sweet bundle of love!! She's a 55 pound, 5 year old girl who probably has some Bassett in her DNA. She was found as a stray. She was microchipped, but her former owners didn't claim her. <br/><br/>She's heart worm negative and house trained. She loves to go for walks and she especially loves to play fetch and tug-of-war! She also enjoys cuddling up to you and getting belly rubs.<br/><br/>She gets along well with other dogs and leaves the cats alone in her current foster home.

Houston Beagle Rescue's Adoption Policy

All potential adopters must be at least 18 years of age, must complete our application to adopt, and must agree to a home visit prior to adoption. Adoption fees are $300 for adult purebred beagles or coonhounds, $250 for mixed beagles or hounds, $200 for seniors or special needs dogs, and $350 for puppies 8 months or younger,
