Sheldon's Story

Sheldon came to New York with his mother and siblings as a part of the ‘No Mother Left Behind’ program but soon after his arrival he was treated for a medical emergency after a hernia he was born with became life threatening. While his siblings and mom were all adopted, Sheldon was recovering in foster care. Being in foster helped him learn everything about being a dog and most importantly CONFIDENCE. However, Sheldon is now healthy and ready to be a part of a family of his own and would love having a canine brother or sister to play with! <br/><br/>Please come meet him and give the little guy a chance!
