Meet Shelby, a sweet and friendly chocolate Labrador Retriever who is looking for a new place to hang her leash. Her current owner will be moving on November 1, 2026, and he is unable to take Shelby with him. <br/><br/>Shelby is spayed, UTD on her vaccines, and she had a 4DX test done on September 12, 2026, which was negative. She is great with children although we recommend no little ones under 5 due to the potential "knockdown factor". Shelby has been good around other dogs although she has never lived with one. She is unknown with cats.<br/><br/>Shelby would love a fenced yard to be able to run off some of her energy. She does enjoy a good game of fetch. As long as a family has a plan in place to ensure she receives daily exercise, this should be sufficient.<br/><br/>Shelby is crate trained which is where she sleeps at night. She also spends a few hours during the day in her crate, but she also has access to an indoor dog playpen to give her additional space.<br/><br/>Shelby takes treats very gently which is a positive trait for a Labrador Retriever.
