Meet Shelby!
Shelby was a stray, all on her own, who took her forever-home search into her own hands (well, paws). She went right up to a home and asked if she could stay. Unfortunately there were too many dogs at that home already, but luckily Shelby got hooked up with a rescue, and we just know we will find her the perfect forever home.
Shelby loves to run, and she loves to play with other dogs. Given her background of free roaming on her own, she still needs to learn how to walk nicely on a leash, but will learn with time. Shelby is known to lean in for love and attention, but doesn't need to be attached to her human at all times. She's a happy, friendly girl, who is looking forward to learning the luxuries of a loving home - like how fun squeaky toys can be!
