Shelby is an adorable Terrier Mix, only a year old and weighs 11 lbs. She was found by Animal Control as a stray, terrified and fearful of human contact, but her behavior has improved significantly and she is doing great.<br/><br/>Shelby loves to play with her tennis ball and loves to run around in the grass.
