Are you ready to be dotted on? Because this girl is ready to be your new best friend! Shelby is two years old and has an amazing spirit. She is calm and content with lying near you on rainy days, but also loves running around with other dogs, following the kids around the yard, or playing with a ball. <br/><br/>Sometimes when she gets excited, she bounds like a gazelle while running, all four legs up in the air at the same time. It is impressive to see!<br/><br/>She is quiet around the house but will bark a little if someone comes to the door. Her foster sometimes thinks he lost her because she is so quiet, only to find she is sitting right next to him. She does fine in a kennel, though she would prefer to be in the room with you, wherever you are. At night, she has been known to sneak under the covers and likes to sleep by your feet, especially if she is chilly.<br/><br/>She is housetrained, great with everyone, though she takes a few minutes to warm up to adults. Hey, if you were under 20 pounds, you'd probably be a little leery of giants, too!<br/><br/>Shelby is estimated to be 2 years old and 18 lbs. Since we dont know the dogs actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention.
