She does have some avoidance at first, but with a slow introduction, Shelia did start to warm up, but she remained guarded. She has a lot of what look to be bite marks on her front legs so she may have had negative experiences with other dogs. It will be very important to provide Sheila with positive dog/dog experiences.

If you are interested in Shelia and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
