Sheba's Story

Meet Sheba 🤍

Sheba’s journey has come full circle. She was originally adopted from Living Free Animal Sanctuary as a puppy, and for five years she knew the comfort of a home and a family who loved her. Sadly, after both of her owners passed away, Sheba had nowhere else to go — so she returned to us.

Understandably, Sheba is shy and still learning to feel safe again. The world feels a little overwhelming right now, but even in her fear, she remains incredibly gentle. She is doing her very best each day to trust, to settle, and to remember that good things can still happen.

We’ve been told that in her previous home, Sheba did well with other dogs and with children. She knows how to live in a home and be a loving companion — she just needs someone willing to give her the time and patience to find her footing again.

Sheba is a good dog with a soft heart. What she needs most is a calm, understanding home where she can move at her own pace and be reminded that she is safe, valued, and loved. With patience and kindness, Sheba has so much love left to give — she’s just waiting for the right person to help her believe again.

If you’re looking for a gentle soul and have room in your heart for a dog who needs a second chance, Sheba may be the one for you.
