What is MidWest Dachshund Rescue’s adoption process?

At Midwest Dachshund Rescue one of our goals is to match dogs to the best forever home possible. Once an application is complete, there is a lot of time and effort put into checking references and getting home visits scheduled and completed, and learning about our adopters. If all goes well with the meet and greet, the adoption contract is completed and the two-week trial period begins. Once the trial period is over, the adoption process is complete.
