Hi ya! I'm an 18-month-old Chihuahua boy weighing under 12 pounds of sweetness! I'll be honest – I'm a little shy at first and the world can feel pretty big when you're my size. But give me some time and patience, and I promise you'll see my sweet personality shine through. That's the thing about us Chihuahuas – we just need to warm up to you first! I'm a happy guy who loves people once I get to know them! I'm also good with other dogs, though I haven't met any cats yet. I'm still working on my house training (I'm getting there!), and I'm doing really well with my crate training – practice makes perfect, right? I'm great on a leash for our adventures and I love car rides. Basically, if you're going somewhere, I want to come! Want to know the secret to my heart? A blanket! Just like my friend, Xavier, if you've got a cozy blanket, I will find you and I will snuggle with you. It's my absolute favorite thing! I'm very energetic and still all puppy, so I need a family who's ready for playtime, zoomies, and lots of fun! Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue's Adoption Policy

**We do not arrange meet and greets without an approved adoption application. **First step is to submit an application through our website. **If you make it past the review and vet reference stages, you will be contacted about a home check and/or to submit photos of your home. **If you pass the home check, you will be contacted to talk to the dog's foster family and arrange a time to meet the dog. **Adoptions are finalized after the first few weeks. Vet records are sent and the dog's microchip is transferred to the new adopter.
