Born around December 2015, Shaggy’s story is one of resilience and second chances. He was rescued from the street alongside his son, Scooby, after their owner sadly passed away. With no one to care for them, they were left unwanted—until Salty Dog Rescue stepped in to give them hope.<br/>Today, Shaggy is thriving in foster care in Edmonton, and he’s proving to be the sweetest little guy.
