A fully fence yard is REQUIRED.<br/><br/>Shadow is a sweet 7 year old bi-blue gentleman. He came from a show breeder kennel and has a excellent temperament.<br/><br/>With his breeding days behind him, Shadow is a lovely dog who wants nothing more than to cuddle with a human on the couch. He immediately was comfortable with his sheltie foster-siblings and humans.<br/><br/>He does have arthritis and currently is on a monthly injection which helps him move around with less pain. Shadow is potty trained.<br/><br/>One of his favorite things is going on “adventures” (car rides) and meeting new people. Recently, he went on a shopping trip with his foster-dad and Shadow got to ride around in a shopping cart, getting love and attention from everyone he met.<br/><br/>Shadow has a playful side, and enjoys toys and balls. He also likes to “talk”, to make sure you know he is excited for breakfast, excited for dinner, is excited to go outside, is excited to come inside, is excited to see you, etc. etc. etc. He really bonded with his foster dad, and follows him around everywhere. Shadow whines when foster-dad leaves, and gets VERY excited when foster-dad returns, doing a happy dance with happy barks.<br/><br/>We don’t think he has ever been in an “only dog” situation, but we think he would be fine as long as he isn’t left alone too much. We also do not know how he would do with cats or children, although we believe he may have been exposed to them before. They would have to be gentle children, especially since he has arthritis.
