He had been hit by a car and broke both of his back legs, and because his owners couldn't afford treatment, they had made the decision to euthanize him... at not even a year old <br/><br/>But thanks to our incredible partners at Seventh Heaven Rescue, that was a hard NO. This boy deserved a chance—and we are so glad he got one.<br/><br/>After undergoing surgery on both back legs at LSU School Of Veterinary Medicine and spending the last couple of months on crate rest, he is now walking beautifully and showing us just how resilient he truly is. And with how young he is, we fully expect him to continue thriving!<br/><br/> His Personality? Since Sergio was cooped up for so long, a fenced yard is desired for him so he can run freely.<br/><br/>From almost losing his life... to getting a second chance—now all he needs is YOU. His $600 adoption fee covers medical care up to adoption to include vaccines, neuter, microchip, both leg surgeries and post op follow up care, foster care and transportation from Louisiana to NY.
