Seraphina has been through more than any dog should. She came to us after being confiscated by our humane agent, along with other dogs, who had been left abandoned in their crates. Because of this, the shelter environment has been especially overwhelming for her, and she's still learning that the world can be a safe and kind place.<br/><br/>At first, Seraphina may be unsure and hesitant with new people-and that's okay.
