What is Goochland Animal Protection’s adoption process?

All of the animals at our shelter leave with age appropriate vaccinations and many have been spayed/neutered. If they haven't, you will sign a contract stating that the animal you are adopting will be fixed. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested. Animal are also dewormed and receive flea/tick treatment. Adoption Fees: Male Dogs :$55.00 Female Dogs: $65.00 Male Cats: $40.00 Female Cats: $50.00 At this time we only accept cash or check.
