Scruffy

Scruffy is a fun loving and adventurous little fella with a big and curious heart. He is approximately 2 years old, house trained, vaccinated, neutered and 14 pounds. Don't let his small stature fool you, Scruffy can hang with the big dogs. His foster siblings are all large breed working dogs. Most days he can be found greeting visitors, running, playing, napping and checking on the goats with his buddies. Our best guess is that he is long haired dachshund crossed with a small terrier. While Scruffy appears to be a wire-haired pup but he is not, his fur is soft and smooth to the touch. He ignores the cats cats and chickens in his foster home. Friendly with all the people he has met definitely describes Scruffy. His foster mom has taken him out and about with her and reported he does well in stores and out in public.
