MEET SCRUFFY!!<br/><br/>Scruffy was dumped outside of the shelter and it took the shelter staff an hour to catch him!!<br/><br/>He was scared the first day at the overflowing shelter so he ended up on the pre- euthanasia list!<br/><br/>Scruffy is of the Norfolk Terrier persuasion and is about 2 years old, 16lbs and a little low rider!<br/><br/>Scruffy is a very sweet boy and is calm! He is housetrained and did well in a crate!!<br/><br/>Scruffy gets along great with other dogs!
