Scrappy's Story

Scrappy came to the shelter after being abandoned. He is a cute, scruffy little guy. His volunteer fans say he loves to stop and sniff all the good smells and often ends up with a "grass mustache" after a walk. He loves to be noticed and will bark until passers-by stop and say hi to him. We don't know much about his past but we know he deserves a loving forever home!
