Scout has been through more than any dog ever should. A few years ago, our amazing trainer Bridget received a heartbreaking call from his family: Scout's owner had made an appointment to euthanize him that afternoon because he no longer wanted him. Bridget reached out to our team, and without hesitation, we said yes.<br/><br/>After entering rescue, Scout was attacked by a visiting dog in his temporary foster home, leaving him with serious injuries that required drains to heal. Understandably, all of these life changes left him with some trust issues-but as you can see, those days are long behind him.<br/><br/>Today, Scout is affectionately known as our little brown bear.
