Scout is a 1 year old Retriever/Hound/Heinz 57 mix with a soft personality. He is shy to first approach but warms up to people quickly. He responds beautifully to positive reinforcement and loves to please the human on the other end of the leash. He enjoys the company of other dogs and would make a great companion for another active dog. Scout is gentle with kids of all ages. Scout was found as a stray in San Juan Capistrano. He did not like the kennel environment of the Orange County Animal Shelter and was scheduled for euthanasia.
