We worked closely with Stafford SPCA and made multiple attempts to contact the owner listed on his microchip, but every attempt was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, that leads us to believe Scout was not wanted anymore.<br/><br/>Because Scout came to us as a stray, his medical and behavioral history is mostly a mystery.
