He will howl if confined, but this behavior is temporary, lasting maybe 30 minutes. Scout is smart and enjoying indoor life. About Scout: Scout and his six siblings were born and raised outdoors, roaming freely in the woods and streets. Following their mother's spaying, all seven puppies were secured. Five puppies were relocated to Pennsylvania, while Scout and his sister were the last two to be caught.
