He was a stray that landed in our local dog pound and no owner came for him ??. <br/><br/>So , he is at our shelter now, and will be neutered next week. Friends 4 Pound Paws Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit Charitable Organization and was founded in May of 2011. We are an all volunteer Rescue/Shelter, located in the Village of Gouverneur NY. We accept cats and dogs, as space allows, at our shelter and are a no-kill facility.
