Scotch's Story
Scotch (47 lbs) may not be from Scotland, but he is still a treasure to have in the home. A young man of 1.5 years who came to us as a stray, we've sadly no information about his previous history or experiences with other animals in a home. However, we're sure that this curious lad will quickly take to lessons in manners (especially when they're accompanied by tasty treat rewards for being an excellent boy)! He can get a little overexcited with new situations, but responds well to redirects to help him reign in his enthusiasm.
He's very sweet, and enjoys a game of fetch with balls around the play yard, and for him, long walks just mean an opportunity to sniff at the entire world. Let's set up an independent meeting between your resident dog/s and Scotch, after you've taken the time to get to know him for yourself!

Come in to say hello during our open hours Wed - Sundays, 12pm - 4:30pm (extended hours until 6:30pm Thursdays), or you can also reach our adoptions team:
by email: adoptions@spcaonline.com
by phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221
