Scooter's Story

Scooter-Lab/Hound X male, ~ 1-1 1/2 yr. old (April 2025)
Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application
Scooter was found by a kind person, along a rural country road, hiding in the bushes. He was abandon, hungry, thirsty and scared! She coaxed him into the car and got him to safety. After trying to find his owner, it was determined that he had been purposely dropped off by his prior owners, left to fend for himself. He's now staying with the person that found him. She's had him to the Vet and is taking excellent care of him. He's getting along with new people, her other dogs and the horses on her farm. Even in a busy family, he's an easy going dog. Scooter is about 50# and ready for a new start. With people that are active and ready for a fun, loving dog. His adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Hello everyone! My name is Scooter, I'm an athletic young pup with a great personality. I am good with other dogs and I am also very friendly to people. I am full of energy and would love an active home where I can get lots of exercise and attention. I was abandoned by my previous owners, but that doesn't define me. I am a very sweet dog and am very good at making friends. I love to explore and play, I can't wait to find a loving family who can give me a forever home. If you think you can give me a loving home, please contact my foster carers at the email provided. Scooter
