Scooby Doo's Story
Scooby Doo has come to OOTW after being "bumped" by a car on a rural county road after being dumped. Once we finally got him to trust us enough to come to us, he moved right in and hasn't looked back! We found no serious damage from his car strike, and the vet has deemed him good to go!

Scooby is neutered, heartworm negative and has had his yearly shot, kennel cough and rabies shot. He is currently on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Scooby has packed on some much needed weight, and weighs a perfect 64 pounds. He looks amazing, slick, shiny and so very handsome. Scoobs is friendly, loves to play fetch, works well on leash, rides fantastically in a car, loads up in the car, unloads from the car ... this dog has everything going for him ... well, except that he's homeless. :(

The ideal home for Scooby would be one with kids that enjoy time playing with the dog or someone who is looking for a running buddy. This boy would love to do that! He's good with other dogs and even cats are A-OK with him.

Scooby is currently living outside and he's okay with that. He has a great setup! But we want to get him into a home where he can be inside with the family too. Another thing this boy needs is a fenced yard to keep him contained. He is currently in a home with no fence. Although he's not bad to wander off, this is always a concern.

We are not exactly sure what Scooby's breed is, but we do know there is a whole lotta shepherd in this boy. His ears are all over the place ... sometimes they are up, sometimes they tip over, sometimes one might lay on top of his head. It adds to his personality and character!

So if any of this info sounds like we are describing your next best friend, start with our Adoption Application. The link is just below!
