Are you looking for a loving soul that needs a safe place to call home? Are you a patient, consistent, and loving dog owner that is looking to make a loving German Shepard your companion? If so, you may just be the perfect match for Scooby, a two year old German Shepard. Scooby's ideal companion would be someone who has experience with training unsure larger dogs and lives in a home with adults only.


Scooby’s family noted that it took 4-6 weeks for him to warm up before he became comfortable in their home. Scooby's personality is to please, he thrives off training and obedience. He does extremely well in a training environment where his intelligence is challenged and rewarded. When introducing new people to his circle it will take time, patience, and understanding. Understanding that Scooby’s previous life wasn’t filled with nearly as much love and affection as it is now and in the future. We aren't aware of his previous living situation, since he was a stray prior to his current situation, but he is insecure and unsure about children and other dogs. Scooby is an extremely attentive dog, always looking to be near, in, or part of the action with his people
