Schnitzel

**PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INQUIRING**<br/><br/>This little cutie is Schnitzel and he is a 6 month old, purebred, dapple, Dachshund that is about 17lbs. Schnitzel is a puppy that came to us from a senior woman who bought him from a breeder, but soon realized that a puppy was too much work for her. She did not want to return him to the breeder, and asked around for rescue references and we were mentioned. We were more than happy to help and she was very open to learning more about the importance of adopting instead of shopping. Schnitzel is in an amazing foster home with other dogs and cats getting yummy home cooked meals! He is a very special little guy and we are looking for "Dachshund savvy" owners that know the breed well. Schnitzel definitely needs another young and playful dog in the home (he cannot be an only dog) and owners that are not gone long hours during the day. Schnitzel would love a safe and secure backyard to run around in!
