Below is what they have to say about Schatzi:<br/><br/>"Schatzi" means sweetheart. She is believed to be a pit/boxer mix who is about 6 years old. She is spayed, and UTD on vaccines and heartworm preventative. Schatzi is an amazingly fun and eager to please girl who is currently in foster due to health issues with her owner, who was unable to care for her any longer. Friends of the rescue took her in, but are unable to keep due to conflicting dog personalities.<br/><br/>Schatzi can be stubborn and reactive, so due to her spontaneity with some mouthiness, she is a girl who would do better with an experienced owner, only dog, and no young children in the house. She is currently doing fine with the kitty in the foster home. Schatzi is located in Bay City, MI. She is house & crate trained. Loves exercise and play. Smart girl, but needs to continue working on obedience in certain areas, like the leash. If you are looking for nothing but love, you've found your girl.
