Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog.<br/><br/>Meet Scarlett, about 7-8 pounds of total love and devotion... Rescued from North Carolina, and likely 6-9 months old, she is very sweet and gentle but fearful of new people and experiences so her adopter will need to be willing to work slowly introducing her to new things. She takes about 5 minutes to warm up to someone initially (if that someone has tiny tidbits of chicken to share with her). Working on housebreaking (somewhat trained to puppy pads). Her happy spot will be with her person cuddling in her arms, or in a lap on the couch, also loves a nice warm sunny spot. Could probably live with a calm dog, a cat or older children that give her time to feel comfortable with them. She is so easy to love.<br/><br/>The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative, heartworm test if age appropriate and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped.<br/><br/>Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration.
