This outgoing Frenchie girl is affectionate, playful, and oh-so-friendly with both people and other dogs. She’s met cats and kiddos and handled both like a pro (though she does get a little bouncy with small humans).<br/><br/>Scarlet is crate-trained and mostly house-trained, with the occasional accident in her crate. She’s still learning her leash manners (she thinks she’s auditioning for Santa’s reindeer squad), and she’ll sit for treats if you ask nicely enough. She’s working on not turning walks into a game of leash tug-of-war, so continued training will help her blossom into her best self.<br/><br/>Some of her most lovable quirks? Scarlet avoids grass like it’s lava, flashes the cutest little gremlin teeth when she smiles, and has no interest in toys—but all the love in the world for snacks of any kind. She can be left alone for up to 6 hours and does beautifully with other dogs, especially those with a calmer energy level.<br/><br/>This low-shedding sweetheart requires minimal grooming (self-serve baths are just fine) and would do well in an active home. A fenced yard is a bonus, but not required—though she is a bit of a flight risk, so watch those open doors. Fill out an application at All Paws Are Perfect Rescue today!<br/><br/>———————————————————-<br/>The adoption donation for Scarlet is $250. <br/><br/>All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention (age appropriate). <br/><br/>If you would like to meet this dog, you must have an approved application on file and be willing to travel to the Craig Beach/Lake Milton, Mahoning County, Ohio area for a meet and greet. All of our dogs reside in foster homes. We do not have a physical shelter.<br/><br/>Applications will be reviewed/approved and each dog will be placed in the home that can best meet their individual need. If you live in a residence with a Homeowner’s Association (HOA) please make sure you check that the dog you are interested in does not violate size or breed restrictions. A successful adoption is our goal.
