What is Lucky Strykes Dog Rescue, Inc.’s adoption process?

We require a background check of all candidates to ensure there is no history of animal abuse or animal cruelty. All persons must fill out an adoption application as well as an adoption agreement. If the dog has not been altered, you must have the dog spayed or neutered within 30 days of the dog leaving our shelter per Texas laws. You must provide proof of such operation from your veterinarian. Some exclusions do apply, please reference Texas Health and Safety Code, Title 19, Section 828.00,
