She has a history of being malnourished and because of that has some congenital joint issues. She is now thriving on a daily fish oil and joint supplement but the vet recommends this be something she's on for the rest of her life. Her new owner will need to make this commitment to her lifelong health and comfort. Once she gets to know you, this girl blossoms into a joyful, affectionate companion.<br/><br/>Saylor is a “dog’s dog” and would thrive with a playful canine sibling to show her how wonderful life can be in a loving home. She also gets along with cats and is gentle with children, though she would do best with older kids due to her sensitivity to sudden movements and loud noises.<br/><br/>This sweet girl loves cuddles on the couch, playing with toys, and lounging in the sun. She’s currently learning potty and puppy manners, and she has a fear of cars, so a home with a fenced yard for safe play is ideal. Saylor is ready to bond deeply with someone willing to give her patience, guidance, and unconditional love.
