Despite this difficult beginning, Sawyer is thriving in foster care and showing just how resilient and loving he truly is. He is incredibly sweet and happiest when he’s with his people. While Sawyer enjoys exploring and playing with his siblings and foster siblings, he always comes back to check in, making sure to share a few kisses along the way. One of his most endearing traits is the way he gently places his paws on your face as if to hold you still before covering you in kisses. Sawyer would do best with an active family and would love having siblings—furry or human—to play with. When the day winds down, he’s more than happy to cuddle up and enjoy some quiet time with his favorite people.
